Basic plus
Supplement the basic package with nutrition or lifestyle recommendations.
When it comes to nutrition, you will receive a nutrition plan that is tailored to you personally. This plan contains various recommendations, such as food combinations that are favorable for you, combinations that you should better avoid, superfoods and delicious recipes related to your doshas.

When it comes to lifestyle, you will receive many recommendations tailored to your everyday life. Among other things, this part includes a detailed morning routine, very personal and specific everyday recommendations tailored to you, yoga exercises according to your doshas and meditation instructions.

Treatment of ailments and illnesses
The individual consultation for the treatment of illnesses and complaints includes:
- A detailed medical history
- A medical insight
- Evaluation of the complaints according to Ayurvedic principles
- root cause analysis
- Therapy plan with diagnostics and therapy recommendations such as medicinal herbs, internal and external treatments such as cures and massages
- A 30 min online conversation
- The therapy plan in electronic form by e-mail

I would be happy to spend a day with you at home or at work. In preparation for this day, I will send you a detailed anamnesis questionnaire, which you can send back to me three days in advance and we will then discuss the evaluation and the therapy plan personally on site. In addition to all the points mentioned above from the overall package, you will receive an introduction to Ayurvedic cuisine with the preparation of 2 dishes. In addition, the morning routine and lifestyle are discussed on site and adapted to your everyday life on site.
Follow-up appointment
The follow-up appointment includes:
- A 30 min online conversation
- Discussion and exchange about your previous therapy success
- You have space for all your questions
- Exchange with Dr. Susheel Saini who has passed since the first Ayurveda consultation
Should any complaints arise after the first Ayurveda consultation, these will also be discussed. If necessary, your therapy plan can be re-evaluated.
